This CIP system applies three-tank square interlink structure. The plate-type heat exchanger will heat online, and the flow quantity of CIP progressive pump is 10T/h, up to 36m. All of the acid liquid tank, alkali liquid tank and hot water tank is dual-layer fully-seal tank of capacity of 1,000L.

The inner bladder is made of stainless steel SUS316L, and the acid and alkali liquid tanks are equipped with blender. The capacity of strong acid tank and strong alkali tank are 100L, and the square bucket cart is made of stainless steel SUS316L.

The CIP system is connected with processing units to form a circulatory cleaning loop and controlled by Simens PLC full-auto controller. The strong acid and alkali will automatically pump into acid tank and alkali tank by American Sandpiper diaphragm pump, and the concentration of acid and alkali is automatically tested and controlled by German Burket. The upper and lower liquid level of tank, which uses Omron lever transmitter from Japan, will be automatically controlled and give alarm.
